About this place
Newington Arena is a large sports complex in Newington built around two NHL-sized ice rinks inside a 77,000 square-foot building that has been operating since 1997. Kids can join public skating sessions, drop-in skate times, hockey and skating programs, or leagues, and the rink also hosts group outings and field trips using its party rooms. The building shares space with other on-site businesses such as Arena Golf, Future Fitness Training, a pro shop, a grill, and a chiropractic office, so families can combine skating with other activities on the same visit. Prices can vary at the rink, but pre-registering and paying online is noted to save up to 33% on transactions.
