A museum in Fredericksburg dedicated to the Pacific theater of World War II, occupying over 55,000 square feet. Visitors walk through exhibits covering the conflict from its origins through to 1945, including displays on the Women Airforce Service Pilots who flew dangerous missions during the war. The museum holds thousands of documents, photographs and recorded interviews with veterans. A research center on site serves historians studying this period.
