Free or discounted entry for members of ROAM.
The National Gallery of Canada holds a major collection of Indigenous and Canadian art, plus European and contemporary works, housed in a striking building in Ottawa. Visitors can walk through galleries displaying paintings, sculptures and installations, join artist talks, take guided tours, and participate in drawing activities inspired by the artworks on display. The gallery regularly features new exhibitions and has outdoor public art projects as well.
A membership to National Gallery of Canada carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
