The Martha’s Vineyard Museum (MV Museum) is a century-old historical and cultural museum that collects art, artifacts, oral histories, documents, and photographs that help tell the stories of Martha’s Vineyard from time immemorial to the present. We strive to provide a framework for understanding the past in order to create a better shared future. It is our mission to inspire all people to discover, explore, and strengthen their connections to this Island and its diverse heritage.
A membership to Martha’s Vineyard Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
