Free or discounted entry for members of AHS Garden Network.
A public garden in the Catskill Mountains displaying native plant communities of the northeastern US, along with cold-hardy trees from other regions. Set at 2,400 feet elevation, the arboretum spans 200 acres connected by trails and boardwalks through meadows, wetlands, forests and rocky outcrops. Families can walk the grounds to explore plant collections, watch for birds, learn about local geology and history, or hike and snowshoe through the landscape. The site also runs educational programs and guided walks throughout the year.
A membership to Mountain Top Arboretum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
