Free or discounted entry for members of AHS Garden Network.
A 70-acre woodland garden on Vancouver Island's east coast, mixing native plants with rare rhododendrons among old-growth Douglas-firs and cedars. Families can walk the trails, explore the extensive plantings, and join the Shoots with Roots children's education program. The gardens also run public tours and talks suited to different ages, offering chances to learn about plants and the local forest ecosystem.
A membership to Milner Gardens & Woodland carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
