About this place
This 53-acre botanic garden sits at the west end of Odell Park and is open to the public from dawn to dusk every day of the year, free of charge. Families can wander through nearly 20 themed gardens, including a rose collection with native Canadian species and European heritage varieties, plus a network of trails of varying length and difficulty running through the property. Parking is available at both the Prospect Street and Cameron Court entrances, with additional foot access from Odell Park. The garden also hosts seasonal workshops and talks, such as seed-collecting sessions and native plant programs, giving kids a chance to learn a bit about horticulture along with their walk.
