About this place
Middleton Stables is a working horse farm offering guided visits where kids can groom, feed and ride horses and ponies alongside other farm animals like dwarf goats, lop bunnies, hand-held chickens and a donkey. The Stable Hand program is built for ages 5 to 18, running in small groups over two semesters and covering horse care, grooming, safety, riding basics and time with other farm animals. Families can also book relaxing farm visits, pony rides, birthday parties and other special occasion outings, all by appointment only. Younger or nervous riders are paired with Hunter, a retired competition horse known for his calm, patient temperament, while a paint pony named Miss Gracie offers pony rides and grooming time. Visits are private, so groups typically have the farm to themselves rather than sharing it with other families.
