About this place
Mad Science of the Bay Area is a science enrichment company that brings hands-on STEM experiences to kids through after-school programs, birthday parties, camps, and school events across the region. Kids get to try experiments in electricity, magnetism, optics, and biology, along with hands-on activities like rocket launches, hovercraft rides, and making cotton candy. Birthday parties feature chemical reaction demos and goody bags filled with science-themed toys, while summer camps mix glowing liquids, secret codes, and robots into a full day of discovery. The organization also offers preschool and daycare shows, science night stations for schools, and curriculum-aligned workshops that reinforce classroom science topics for various age groups.
