About this place
Lunar Lanes is a bowling center in downtown Hillsboro that also serves as a community hangout, with lanes open for casual play most afternoons and evenings, Wednesday through Sunday. Kids can bowl a game for a flat $5 per person, which includes shoe rental, and there are arcade machines on site including a NEO-GEO MVS console, Galaxy II Darts, and a Fast & The Furious game for extra entertainment between frames. The venue also hosts birthday parties and other special occasion events, with staff willing to accommodate outside cakes or pizza and flexible group sizes. Special theme nights are offered for veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and couples, alongside the regular open bowling schedule.
