Lowell Observatory is a historic astronomical research site in Flagstaff, Arizona, known as the location where Pluto was discovered. Families can enjoy telescope viewing, exhibits, a planetarium, and the Lowell Universe Theater, along with classes and excursions designed to bring the cosmos closer to visitors of all ages. Additional amenities include the Planet X Cafe and a shop, rounding out a full day of stargazing and space-themed exploration.
A membership to Lowell Observatory carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
