About this place
A 50-acre grounds in Milledgeville with gardens, walking trails and a pond. Families can stroll through plantings of camellias, azaleas, oaks and magnolias, and walk a mile-long nature trail among mature trees, ferns and wildflowers. Children's programs run throughout the year with hands-on activities matched to different ages. The site also includes Rose Hill, a Greek Revival house from 1852 that functions as a museum and classroom, offering a glimpse into 19th-century life.
