About this place
Little Lake Play is an indoor play and event space in downtown Lakeland built specifically for children. Kids explore child-sized storefronts and facades during open-play sessions, which are available to the community as well as members. The space also hosts birthday parties and themed events, offers focused classes like STEM, kid-friendly yoga, and an inventor's workshop, and runs a Kids' Night Out for parents wanting a night off. Summer camps with weekly themes run during school breaks, and paid tutoring sessions ($25 for 50 minutes) are available in a quiet area. It is not a childcare center, but onsite babysitting can be arranged through its partner service Carilly, and families can shop for toys next door at the Little Lake Toy Shop.
