A museum in Ellensburg dedicated to preserving and displaying objects from Kittitas County's past. The building contains over 9,000 square feet of exhibits exploring local people, places, events, and cultural traditions from early times to the present day. Families can browse collections that tell the story of the region's heritage, attend programs and events, and browse a gift shop with historical items. The museum has operated since 1961.
A membership to Kittitas County Historical Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
