About this place
JJ's Playhouse is a nonprofit children's museum and gym in Mableton designed for kids ages 2 to 12. The museum side features nine permanent interactive exhibits with different themes for playing, acting, and exploring, plus traveling exhibits that rotate in from around the country. The gym area has exercise stations built specifically for kids, sized so children can use the equipment without any adult adjustments, letting them set their own pace while building lifelong exercise habits. It was established in 2005 with the goal of giving local families, day cares, and schools an interactive place focused on both intellectual and physical development.
