About this place
ICE at The Parks is Arlington's only full-sized, regulation NHL ice rink, open since November 2002 inside The Parks shopping area. Kids and families can join public skating sessions, take lessons from staff instructors, book a birthday party on the ice, or get involved in youth hockey programs and figure skating competitions. There are also seasonal skating shows and adult leagues for older family members who want to join in. Skate helpers are available to rent for $20 per session for younger or less steady skaters, and the rink recommends arriving 10 to 15 minutes early for skate fitting and to secure parking.
