Free or discounted entry for members of NARM.
A nonprofit museum in Wilmington that explores American innovation through patent models and historical artifacts. The main exhibition, housed in the visitor center, displays more than 120 scaled patent models from the 18th and 19th centuries, showing inventions across transportation, manufacturing, food preservation, and medicine. Families can spend about half an hour on a self-guided tour, test their knowledge of inventors, and hear stories from people across different backgrounds and countries. The museum also includes the gunpowder mills founded in 1802 and the du Pont family home, which can be explored with admission.
A membership to Hagley Museum and Library carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
