About this place
Galloping Ghost Arcade is a massive classic video game arcade in Brookfield with over 885 machines on the floor, ranging from familiar classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Space Invaders to rare cabinets many kids and parents will have never seen in person. Instead of quarters or tokens, every game is set to free play for a flat $25 door fee, so families can play as much as they want without tracking coins. It stays open late, until 12am on weekdays and 2am on Friday and Saturday, every day including holidays, and also offers weekly, monthly, yearly, and lifetime membership options for regulars. The arcade has a strong competitive community that tracks high scores and world records, with over 600 records set on site, which older kids interested in gaming culture may enjoy exploring.
