Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge is a 3,621-acre natural area in Fort Worth, Texas, featuring forests, prairies, and wetlands with over 20 miles of hiking trails. Families can explore native habitats on self-guided or staff-guided hikes and participate in educational programs offered throughout the year. The refuge was designated a National Natural Landmark in 1980 and is one of the largest city-owned nature centers in the United States.
