About this place
The Denver Art Museum is a large art museum spread across three connected buildings, the Hamilton, Martin, and Kirkland, holding more than 70,000 works across 12 collections. Visitors 18 and under get in free every day thanks to the Free for Kids program, and the museum also offers several free general admission days throughout the year for all ages. Kids and teens can explore rotating exhibitions and programs, including special shows like DIVA, and younger visitors can see local youth artwork through the Youth Community Showcase series. The museum is open six days a week, closed on Wednesdays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, with extended hours on Tuesdays until 8 pm.
