About this placeThe Cupertino Historical Society and Museum shares local history through artifact-based exhibits housed inside the Quinlan Community Center. Its permanent display traces the story of the Cupertino and Santa Clara Valley area from the early Ohlone people up through the city's 1955 incorporation, giving kids a look at how the region grew over time. Beyond the permanent collection, the museum rotates in two or three special exhibits each year, borrowing artifacts and curated displays from neighboring institutions to add variety. Volunteer docents staff the museum and greet visitors, and the space includes several display pedestals and cases where artifacts, images, and signage are presented.
A membership to Cupertino Historical Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
