About this place
Cleveland Metroparks Zoo spans 183 wooded acres and lets families get close to wildlife through exhibits, animal encounters, and feeding experiences like giraffe or budgie feedings. Kids can ride the Circle of Wildlife Carousel with its 64 hand-carved animals, take a trip through the Outback on the Boomerang Line train, soar above Waterfowl Lake on the Eagle Zip Adventure, or watch an immersive film in the 4-D Theater. A Calming Cove Sensory Room is available for visitors who need a quieter break during the visit. The zoo is open daily, with hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from April through October and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from November through March.
