Brookhollow’s Barnyard

Brookhollow's Barnyard is a family-run petting farm in Boonton where kids can feed the animals carrots bought in a cup or bucket, using the shovels provided for safety. A Thomas the Train ride loops around the garden for about five minutes, while a tractor ride takes families on a roughly 15-minute tour of the farm, both running every 30 to 45 minutes. There is a lemonade snack stand open Fridays through Sundays, and the farm sells pumpkins starting September 19th. General admission is $7.50 with free entry for children under 2, and train or tractor rides and carrot feed are each priced separately, with cups and buckets refillable on return visits.
