About this place
Animal Interactions is a by-appointment farm experience in Clarkstown, NY, where kids and families get up close with barnyard animals, reptiles, birds, and other exotic pets. Guided tours run 30 to 45 minutes and let visitors pet, feed, brush, and hold the animals, with staff tailoring the interaction to guests' ages and abilities, and some tours even allow entry into animal enclosures. Barnyard tours and exotic animal tours are each priced at $20 per person, with a minimum of 4 people or $100 to book a slot. The farm is open Sunday through Friday (closed Saturdays), and visitors are asked to wear closed-toe shoes and clothing covering arms and legs. Beyond the standard tours, the farm also offers a goat and sheep yoga class called the Zen Barn Experience and horseback riding sessions for beginners through experienced riders.
