About this place
Brewster Ice Arena is a hockey and skating complex in Southeast, NY, built around two indoor rinks nicknamed '98 and '99 plus a seasonal outdoor rink called the Pond. Kids can join public skating sessions for all skill levels, take freestyle sessions for USFSA-certified figure skaters, or sign up for weekly group lessons offered on Tuesday and Friday evenings or weekend mornings throughout most of the year. The arena also runs a full slate of youth hockey programs, including learn-to-play and travel teams, hockey clinics, and a summer hockey camp, and it has been a longtime partner site for New York Rangers youth skating programs. Families can watch practices and games in person, and games are also streamed online except for certain league matchups.
