Free or discounted entry for members of AHS Garden Network.
An 11-acre botanic garden on the grounds of Georgia Southern University that grows native plants from the coastal plain region alongside heritage varieties. Families can walk through distinct garden areas including wetlands, native azaleas, and a camellia garden, then explore woodland trails. The site sits within a historic farmstead and connects visitors with the ecological and cultural heritage of the Southeastern Coastal Plain. Educational programs are available, and the garden hosts special events including weddings. Memberships are offered and members gain access to reciprocal benefits at other gardens in the American Horticultural Society network.
A membership to Botanic Garden at Georgia Southern University carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
