Free or discounted entry for members of AHS Garden Network.
A 107-acre botanical garden in Ventura with over 120,000 plants representing five Mediterranean climate zones. Walking paths lead through themed gardens including native California species, South African fynbos plants, Chilean rarities, and an expanding olive grove. Families explore garden zones at their own pace, with viewing scopes, rest stops, and benches positioned to take in views of the coastline and Channel Islands. The gardens also function as a conservation site, protecting endangered plant species and conducting botanical research. A gift shop and nursery occupy the entrance area.
A membership to Ventura Botanical Gardens, Inc. carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
