About this place

A museum in a restored 1883 mansion near Chicago's Magnificent Mile, displaying art, architecture, and design from the Gilded Age. Visitors see the collections displayed throughout the historic Nickerson Mansion and an adjoining 1926 auditorium building. The museum focuses on late nineteenth and early twentieth-century decorative and fine art, connecting historical pieces with contemporary work to show how design shapes culture.

If you are a member here

A membership to The Richard H. Driehaus Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in these programs.

Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
