A 1,700-acre landscape filled with trees and plants near Chicago, combining walking grounds with scientific research. Families can explore trails, visit the Children's Garden with tree slides and water features, and learn about trees and nature. Free parking is available throughout the grounds, with electric vehicle charging stations near the visitor center. The site is accessible by car, train, or rideshare, and bicycles are welcome on the paved roads.
A membership to The Morton Arboretum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
