About this place
Swonder Ice Arena is a public ice skating facility in Evansville built around two NHL-sized rinks, offering public skating sessions every day of the week for kids and families who just want to skate for fun. The facility also serves as home base for youth and adult hockey, figure skating, and recreational skating programs, including groups like Evansville Youth Hockey Association and the Greater Evansville Figure Skating Club. Families interested in fitness can use the on-site mezzanine fitness center, which has its own daily or monthly rates. The rink occasionally hosts special events and discounted public skate times, so it is worth checking the current schedule before a visit.
