Sun Splash Family Waterpark is a water park in Cape Coral built around a large wave pool that can hold about 200 guests, plus a quarter-mile lazy river called the Main Stream that winds past Lake Kennedy and other attractions. Thrill seekers can try the Drop Slides, twin five-story slides, Cape Fear, the tubeless Fun-L-Tunnel, and the open-air Zoom Flume, all launching from a 30-foot tower. Younger children have their own space at Pirate's Cove, an interactive play structure with slides, blasters, gushers and geysers, and there are child-sized Pro Racer slides just for them. The park also has a Sand Dollar Walk balance challenge, over 300 lounge chairs, and 8 poolside cabanas for relaxing between rides. Anyone 15 or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone at least 21 years old, with one chaperone allowed per up to eight kids.
