About this place
Space To Play is an indoor playground and children's art studio in Elk Grove built for open-ended play and creative exploration, geared toward kids ages 0 to 6. Children can climb, build, and take part in STEM-inspired activities in the play area, while the art studio offers both guided and independent painting and sensory projects. The space is designed to be inclusive so kids of all abilities can move freely and interact with each other. Socks are required for everyone, including adults, and parents need to stay with their children in the play zones, with staff on hand to help out. Since messy play and painting are part of the experience, it helps to dress kids in clothes that can get dirty.
