Southshore Bay Lagoon

Southshore Bay Lagoon is a five-acre, sandy-beach lagoon in Wimauma, part of the MetroLagoons chain of Florida swim destinations. Kids can swim in the clear blue water, tackle a floating obstacle course, take a turn on the giant water slide, or paddle out on a kayak or paddleboard. A Splash Pass is needed to use the kayaks, paddleboards, bumper boats, and obstacle course, while cabanas are available to rent for shade and a home base. There is a swim-up bar for the adults, plus occasional live events like music, bingo, and karaoke, making it a lower-key alternative to a crowded beach or traditional water park.
