About this place
SoKY Ice Rink is a seasonal ice skating rink run by Warren County, open from late November through January in downtown Bowling Green. Skating happens in timed sessions, each lasting a couple of hours, with breaks in between so the ice can be resurfaced and cleaned. A single ticket covers one skate session and includes skate rental, though child-size skates are limited and given out first-come, first-served. Families can park for free in the College Street parking garage, though the lot sometimes closes for events at the nearby SKyPAC. The rink also offers season passes, including an all-access option that adds hockey and broomball pickup games, and it closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
