Snake River Karters runs Glen Morgan Raceway at Foster Field, a nonprofit kart racing club that has been part of the Treasure Valley since 1962, when it started as the Boise Go Kart Club. Families race together on the Legacy Track, a quarter-mile asphalt road course that also incorporates an eighth-mile speedway oval, plus a newer extended track opened in 2024 that runs nearly half a mile. As a member-run club, all money raised goes back into improving the track and facilities rather than to paid staff. Parents interested in getting involved can attend the club's monthly planning meetings, held the first Tuesday of each month, to learn more or offer input on projects.
