About this place
Skate Escape is a roller skating rink located inside Northgate Mall in San Rafael, open year round for public skating sessions. On Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 11am, a dedicated Kinder Skate block is set aside for children 7 and under, with toddler-sized skates and walkers available and tickets priced at $10; parents can accompany their child on the rink by walking but not skating alongside them. There are no formal lesson programs, but the rink is set up to help first-time skaters get comfortable as well as let more experienced kids practice new moves. Birthday parties can be booked with a private party room, two hours of skating during public sessions, admission and skate rental included, and families are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, with non-skating guests allowed to join at no extra charge.
