Santee Recreation and Water Park

Santee Recreation and Water Park is an outdoor water park operated by the Columbia YMCA in Santee. Children under 48 inches tall are required to wear a Coast Guard approved life jacket, which the park provides, making it a option worth checking for younger kids. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, but concessions are sold on site. The park is generally open daily, with hours running as early as 5 am on weekdays and shorter hours on weekends, though families should confirm current hours and any weather closures through the Orangeburg County YMCA before visiting.
