Nocatee Splash is a large resort-style water park located within the Nocatee community, open to residents and their guests. Younger children can play in Splash Cove, a shallow interactive pool area with a maximum depth of 18 inches, while older kids can take on the Rip Tide Slide Tower, said to be the tallest water slide structure in Northeast Florida. Families can float together along the 450-foot Lazy Tides River, past rock outcroppings, waterfalls and geysers, or relax in the lagoon pool suited to all ages. The park also has multiple family pools with shallow entries, a children's sprayground, a zip line over the lazy river, plenty of shaded deck seating, and food available at the Sun Deck. Because access is limited to Nocatee residents and their accompanied guests, this is not a general public water park.
