Movement Harlem is a bouldering-only climbing gym across from the Apollo Theater, with a 16,000 square foot open floor layout billed as the largest climbing facility in Manhattan. Kids and families can try hundreds of climbing routes that change weekly, spread across varied wall angles and difficulty levels, plus training tools like campus boards, a tension board and an LED MoonBoard. The gym runs a Climbing Club for ages 9-12 and offers intro classes for beginners learning the sport for the first time. Beyond the walls, there is a fitness area with cardio and strength equipment, yoga classes, locker rooms with showers, and a gear shop for climbing shoes and chalk. Day passes cost 32 dollars, a 7-visit pass is 196 dollars, and monthly memberships start around 119 dollars.
