About this place
Momentum Memorial is a large indoor climbing gym in Houston with a 36,000 square foot facility offering bouldering, top-roping, and lead climbing for all skill levels. Kids can start with bouldering, which stays under 15 feet and does not require a rope or a partner, or move on to roped climbing once they complete belay certification. The gym runs youth programs sorted by age, including Mo Mini for kids 3 to 7, Base Camp for ages 8 to 11, Youth Club for ages 12 to 18, and a competitive climbing team, plus seasonal camps and birthday parties. Climbing shoe rentals are available at the front desk, and every visitor, including spectators, must fill out a waiver before entering the climbing areas.
