At Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art, our mission is to preserve and celebrate the artistic legacy of Bermuda while connecting people of all ages to the Island’s unique story through art. Deeply rooted in community, we are committed to making art accessible to all through inclusive exhibitions, innovative programs, and interactive experiences. More than a museum, Masterworks is a vibrant hub for connection and cultural celebration. Our Galleries The Butterfield Gallery features a rotating selection drawn from over 1,600 artworks—including paintings, photography, sculpture, and archival pieces—from the 1700s to today. Discover works by renowned artists like Winslow Homer, Georgia O’Keeffe, Marsden Hartley, Frank Stella, Janet Fish, and many others—all united by their inspiration from Bermuda’s landscapes and culture. The Rick Faries Gallery champions contemporary Bermudian artists by showcasing dynamic rotating exhibitions and offering the opportunity to purchase works directly from the artists both in person and online. The Botanist Café and Garden Lounge Nestled within the Museum, offering indoor and al fresco dining in the Botanical Gardens, The Botanist is the perfect complement to your museum visit. Whether you are seeking a relaxed coffee break, afternoon tea, or a meal, The Botanist offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a full bar and a tucked-away whiskey lounge. Guided Tours Gain a deeper understanding of Bermuda’s artistic heritage through our guided tours. Led by our curatorial staff, these tours provide a behind-the-scenes Vault experience, where visitors can view rare and historically significant works in the Collection. Ideal for travelers visiting the Island, cultural enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a deeper connection to Bermuda’s rich history and legacy. Advanced booking is required. Visit Us A day at Masterworks is stepping into the world of Bermuda art, where stories of the Island are brought to life through art, history, and architecture. Complete your visit with a stop in our gift shop featuring works by local artists—all housed in a restored 19th-century arrowroot factory—a perfect way to take home a piece of Bermuda.
A membership to Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
