About this place
Level 256 is an arcade bar in the South Slope area of downtown Asheville, filled with classic arcade cabinets, pinball machines, and retro console games. Kids can visit and play games with family during the day, but the venue turns 21-and-up after 6pm on Wednesday through Friday and after 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tournaments held at the venue are open to players of all ages regardless of when they take place, so families interested in competitive play can check the schedule. Parents should plan visits around the evening age cutoffs if bringing children.
