A 155-acre arboretum and botanical garden in Rockford with both cultivated plantings and natural woodlands. Families walk paved paths suitable for strollers, explore wooded trails, and visit the Nancy Olson Children's Garden, which includes a spray pad and interactive creek water feature for play. There is also a natural playground on the grounds. Benches and gazebos dot the property for rest and picnics. The venue hosts concerts and other events throughout the year.
