Keene Creek Park in Duluth, Minnesota is an outdoor playground located in the Irving neighborhood of West Duluth that features playground equipment, a skate park, picnic areas, tennis and basketball courts, a paved trail, and a fenced-in, year-round dog park. The park was created during the expansion of I-35 through Duluth and took second place in the Federal Highway Administration's 1975 "Highway and Its Environment" contest.
