An art museum on the Hofstra University campus holding a collection of over 5,200 works spanning from 1500 BCE to contemporary times, drawn from six continents. Families can visit the galleries, which also feature 70 sculptures positioned around the campus grounds. The museum runs educational programs designed to help visitors of all ages engage with art and develop understanding of different cultures. The galleries are open Tuesday through Sunday during the academic year.
A membership to Hofstra University Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
