This is a museum run by the Umatilla County Historical Society to display objects and stories from the region's past 150 years. The building itself is Pendleton's restored 1909 train depot, with additional galleries and spaces added during expansions. Families can walk through exhibits about local history, attend educational programs, and explore the grounds which include a small outdoor amphitheater. The museum also runs a classroom for learning activities.
A membership to Heritage Station Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
