An art museum in Detroit with one of the nation's largest collections, holding more than 65,000 works. Families can explore the galleries and take part in programs designed to help visitors engage with the art. The museum also runs resources and special events throughout the year. It is closed on New Year's Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
