Free or discounted entry for members of Time Travelers.
A Civil War-era Gothic Revival house built in the mid-1860s, now offering guided tours of the family home of General William LeDuc, his wife Mary, and their children. The house was designed from plans by Andrew Jackson Downing and features thick limestone walls, ten fireplaces, and original woodwork. Visitors can tour the main residence along with the carriage house and ice house still standing on the grounds. Tours run at set times throughout the day during the season, with pre-registration required to secure a spot due to limited capacity.
A membership to Dakota County Historical Society-LeDuc Historic Estate carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
