Creative Connection

Creative Connection is a kids' art studio in The District at Prairie Trail in Ankeny, started by a former elementary school teacher. Children can join ongoing classes that run for six weeks, meeting once a week at the same time, or sign up for workshops and no-school-day camps geared toward elementary-age kids. The studio also hosts birthday parties designed to be a creative, hands-on experience for the celebrating child and friends. A small shop on site sells art supplies and sensory play materials that fit the same hands-on, creative focus as the classes.
