About this place
An art museum founded in 1878, housed in a 1931 Italian Renaissance Revival building on East Broad Street with a major modern wing added in 2015. Families can explore galleries of American and European art, including works by Columbus-based artists. The museum runs creative programs for children and hosts events in its sculpture garden on Thursday evenings. A second location in the Short North Arts District presents contemporary exhibitions and performances.
